PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Plumbing Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects from approval through completion. This role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate plumbing projects from kickoff through completion

• Communicate with customers, vendors, technicians, and internal teams

• Track project timelines, materials, and scheduling

• Support permitting, inspections, and documentation when required

• Monitor job progress and address issues as they arise

• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and code standards

• Maintain organized records for each project

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in plumbing operations, construction coordination, or project support

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Comfortable working with technicians, vendors, and customers

• Basic understanding of plumbing systems and job workflows

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience with commercial plumbing projects

• Familiarity with scheduling, estimating, or project management tools

• Exposure to tankless systems, repipes, or multi-unit properties
